The whole funny thing about the “mortgage crises” is that I profited from it by buying the house next door to me when the wetbacks lost it in a short sale. I promptly moved White tenants into it. Later sold that house, doubling my money, and buying another investment property in a way better development.

I did the same with the house I lived in right next door to the above mentioned house. Turns out, poor people, being stupid as they are, make it easy for smart folks like myself to build wealth. Poors and stupids only have themselves to blame. They could play by the rules I play by, but they don’t.
