That doesn't make any sense, because the article link you give states the plane was flying from Dulles International Airport (in Virginia, on the east cost) to Los Angeles, and that "Flight 77 was flying through a sector in the eastern portion of Indianapolis's airspace when it was hijacked."
It wasn't "over water", it was flying over the middle of the country. In addition to that, there was plane debris at the Pentagon site. You guys don't use your brains. You just parrot whatever bullshit theory crosses your plate.
