Just an example of how people get things wrong when getting things right - His fights are win-win as his opponents aren't going to care about being right or being correct, if he wants to be the winner in terms of logic or morality, they will be happy to let him.
(yewtu.be)https://yewtu.be/watch?v=PuGLJPKY1ocBecause their strategies are about just killing him. Listen to the story he told about the two tribes of red buffalo hunters and blue hunters of elk, how does he think this tale ends?
Spoilers: With the tribe that raised their spears killing the other tribe, and now they only hunt one animal in that region. His tribe got to win the contest of logic or morality, and their prize was being wiped out by the other tribe who considered their victories to be literal victories, and their fights to consist of literal fighting.
This is conservatism and right wing thought-leaders in a nutshell, they don't know anything about power politics, at the end of the day the other side gets the win because they are focused on the outcomes. They want to win in the real world, not the world of ideas and fictional narratives.
It's funny that the left is often mocked for drowning themselves in pop-culture, but the right has the same problem in another way, they are preoccupied with fictional narratives of morality and logic, the fictional world the left likes to spend their time in may not exist, but it is a lot closer to reality than the fictional realm of abstractions the right prefers to delude themselves with.
Thing about the left and right, they are both correct in different ways. The left wants to fight the system in a literal and effective sense, they hate the police because they've correctly identified the cops as being the people who do the job of maintaining the state. Without the police, a politician, judge, ceo, or banker is just a guy in a suit, all of the rich and powerful people derive all their wealth and power from the police, without the cops money just goes back to it's inherent value, which is nothing, the laws cease to exist as anything more than unimportant markings on bits of paper for they are only given substance by their enforcement, the power does indeed go back to the people once the law enforcement are taken away.
The right is correct about the errors of social justice and the value of freedom, they have a lot of other good ideas but are hampered by their morality and focus on working within a system that locks out anyone who would interfere with the nested power.
The importance of democracy is to maintain the illusion that people can influence the system, while denying the people the ability to do that.
After all, you cant have the people be able to influence anything in government because that would just cause chaos and result in the powers that be turning every other nation against yours as a means of damage control.
Truth is, we never stopped living in a global empire but the empire we live under has assumed a strategy of hiding itself and pretending that all the nations they manage are independent and sovereign, the people who truly run the world need everybody with any power over anything to either get on board with the plan the most powerful amongst them have collectively agreed upon, or they need them to die.
Finance, military, police, government, media, academia, technology, economy. All these sorts of influential institutions are tightly managed in every country by the people who rule over all countries, the right mistakenly believes that these are separate or fair systems, and that people run these institutions on the basis of some deontological or utilitarian principles rather than a modified variant of utilitarianism where they only take into account the few most powerful people, or at least consider the important people as counting for a higher value than everyone below them.
But a better and more accurate way of seeing it is that these institutions are each made up of many individuals who do what is best for themselves and those few that they care for, as far as their concerns for a broader range of humanity, they barely think of the impact they make on them, except to assume that it is positive, they are just one person in a role with limited power to influence anything, after all.
