Tartars were huns. They never built empires but only destroyed them.

Black Death -the bubonic plague came to Europe from those areas too.

That was ashkenazis (also huns) poisoning wells.

yep, some say to them Khazars too, but no matter of different names, are basically the same gene-pool I think.

This is very interesting... I see publication date of CIA file is June 1, 1957, that was the time 4 years after Stalin died, and they were releasing political prisoners from the Gulag camps in this "de-Stalinization" process, so looks that CIA was very busy in Soviet Union then...

but intersting, because The Dyatlov Pass incident was in feb 1959, and one of hikers, Semyon Zolotaryov, was most probably Tartarian, going to that Dyatlov Pass with others to meet some foreign group there in secret, then things went wrong.

here is his Tartarian face to compare:

Holy shit, what a load of crap! This video only talks about the Soviet Communists in suppressing Islam in the countries under their sphere of control. There was NEVER a "country" of Tartaria. Everything discussed here was about events from 1917 and after, and the video never talked about the history of the region. If it were actually a large region with some political and military influence (not counting the Khanate empire, which ended with the death of Genghis Khan and the failure of his successors), there would be better historical records of it.
