Say you want to talk with someone without being recorded by a microphone. Obviously you could play white noise static and obscure the recording.
But you could use an inaudible sound?
Can you have a loud speaking playing static, in ultrasonic frequency, that people can't hear, but it could disable the microphone recording the audio? The people nearby could read clearly but the microphone would be blocked. Is that possible or not?
What about infra sound, low frequency that is inaudible? Or a combination of both?
I believe the true conspiracy of 9/11 is that all the tall buildings in all major cities HAVE to be wired with explosives to allow for demolition by the fire dept. People would not want to work in a building filled with explosives, so this fact has been hidden from the public.
The demolition explosives explains why the fire dept was able to free fall building 7. The explosives are necessary for insurance companies to insure buildings.
