Also, take a good look at the "safe" stairs he built. There is a short clip of someone walking down them all. The stringers only on the inside of the steps, while the railing is on the edge... each step is like a little teeter-totter. Good thing some senior didnt get injured walking on them.

If you cannot tell how utterly dangerous those things are, simple do a basic search about building steps.

He should have been fined
