I just bought a cello! The thing is remarkably difficult at first. Finally started getting the hang of it but now I can’t feel my fingertips. I’ll be god damned if I can ever figure out how to hold the bow right.
Back of the head is blood sugar related. It’s a dull burning headache. I cannot tolerate sugar or processed foods. I feel my best when I keep carb intake fairly low.
Common headaches are always electrolyte related and are easily fixed with salt.
Caffeine headaches are withdrawal. Easily remedied.
And very rarely, it could be a sore neck from sleeping in an odd position.
Back in early 2022 when everyone was getting dreadfully sick, I remember that manifested as a crippling headache along the entire head and neck. That felt like straight inflammation that proceeded to travel toward the rest of my body.
