This one seems too fishy to me. Are we about to see policies put into play that force social credit scores? Allow "Nazi hunters" to track down political dissidents? A new Nuremberg style inquisition?
What's the angle here? There must be something they are using this for as a way to leverage a certain kind of conversation. This seems way too convenient to just be a mistake.
I think it would be interesting to have the option for a feed that is based on chosen keywords instead of subs. E.g. each user would have a wordbank and the feed populates with posts that either have the word in the title or in the post description.
For instance, I prefer to follow certain topics like Christianity, but because these posts aren't always thrown in the same subverse it becomes hard to find what I am looking for in every case.
Yes, you could manually look for specific terms one by one, but I believe there is value in having a feed that would based on a range of user-chosen keywords. Especially if it were a tab up at the top beside "hot/new/bump"
The small resizer icon in the bottom right of textboxes is sometimes hard to grab on mobile (desktop works great).
Making the click/touch area for resize slightly larger and/or more visibly delineated might improve the experience. Not sure whether other users are noticing the same thing.
Alternatively, something like double-tapping the bottom right to automatically resize to show the full length of the text would be probably be value added too.
I usually prefer to post in anon subs with anon turned off. It's easy to forget to flip the switch. It would be a great added feature to allow the anon toggle to remember your preference (instead of defaulting to anon on each time)
I figure if February has been used as a precedence for celebrating an ethnic history for an entire month, it would be fitting to designate the entire month that falls around St Pat's to honour Irish history.
Looking basically for something that doesn't require reliance on the printer ink /toner monopoly, planned obsolescence, and built-in spyware.
Tons of reading material on making your own 3D printers, but aside from just a rudimentary plotter with a CNC machine, is there anything out there that would basically be an open source 2D printer? Especially one that could run off of cheap ink / toner, etc.?
