A Canadian provincial government have granted themselves ’emergency powers’ that allow them to seize personal property at will, all in the name of Covid.



Under Orwellian new health orders, the Saskatchewan minister may “authorize the entry into any building or on any land, without warrant, by any person in the course of implementing an emergency plan.”
But it gets worse…

The Canadian government has also granted itself the power to “cause the evacuation of persons and the removal of persons or livestock and personal property from any area of Saskatchewan that is or may be affected by an emergency and make arrangements for the adequate care and protection of those persons or livestock and of the personal property.”

Lifesitenews.com reports: The new Provincial Emergency Order under The Emergency Planning Act was signed September 13, by Premier Scott Moe. The orders were announced by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health.

According to the ministry of health, the new orders are needed to “provide for health system labour mobility through greater flexibility in scheduling and redirecting health care workers to areas experiencing capacity pressures and in the use of supplementary resources.”

The new emergency health powers allow the government to “assume direction and control of the emergency response of a local authority.”

They also give the government the power to “acquire or utilize any real or personal property that the minister considers necessary to prevent, combat or alleviate the effects of an emergency.”

As part of this order, the government reactivated the terms of a Letter of Understanding with the Saskatchewan Health Authority and a slew of provincial unions, including the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses and Health Sciences Association of Saskatchewan.

The Letter of Understanding spells out how the government can force the “temporary redeployment of health care employees to meet the anticipated increase in COVID-19 health care needs.”

Every person residing in Saskatchewan is mandated by law to follow the new emergency orders or face severe penalties or possible jail time.

The new orders came about after the government declared a “fourth wave” of COVID-19 spurred by the “Delta variant.”

The province with a population of around one million currently says 262 people are in hospital due to COVID-19.

On September 17, Dr. Saqub Shahab, the province’s chief medical health officer, issued a mandatory interim isolation and face-covering order as a stop-gap until the province’s vaccine passport comes into effect in October.

Moe recently said his government was “too patient” with those who have not had the COVID jabs while introducing a vaccine passport.

Moe’s words against the unvaccinated also included a line that, although he never wanted to “implement” a vaccine passport, his “patience has come to an end” with the un-jabbed.

Starting October 1, one must show proof of vaccination or a negative test to eat indoors, go to entertainment venues, attend conferences or large events, or participate in indoor fitness centers.

All Canadian provinces have for a long time had the power to enact such draconian rules, which in effect limit people’s rights in a time of emergency, but using a “health” emergency to do so is unheard of in modern times.

An impressive pre-match tifo covered the whole of one stand before the game, with the image, in Legia colours of green, white, and red, depicting an older man wearing a crown, and with the message "kneel before his majesty" along the bottom.

As for the meaning behind the tifo, it has been perceived by Legia fans to have been a message towards City for their pre-match protest against racism.

The suggestion seems to be that Legia wanted to taunt City over their taking of the knee, and so produced a tifo that looked like they would be bowing down to Legia "the king", as is subservient to the home side.

When City players did kneel before kick-off, it was vociferously booed by the crowd, although two Legia players, Filip Mladenovic and Andre Martins, did join in in solidarity.

A 96-year-old former Nazi concentration camp secretary due in court Thursday skipped the opening of her trial where she’s accused of aiding more than 11,000 murders — and went on the run in Germany.

Irmgard Furchner fled from her home on the outskirts of Hamburg, with the court she was supposed to appear before instead issuing an arrest warrant.

“The accused is on the run,” said Frederike Milhoffer, a spokesperson for the Itzehoe district court. “She left her home early in the morning in a taxi in the direction of a metro station.”

Furchner is accused of having contributed to the murder of 11,412 people when she was a typist at the World War II Stutthof concentration camp between 1943 and 1945.

The court said in a statement before the trial that she “aided and abetted those in charge of the camp in the systematic killing of those imprisoned there.”

Despite her age, Furchner was due to stand trial in juvenile court because she was 18 or under at the time.

She had earlier pleaded with the court that she was too frail to stand trial.

“Apparently, that’s not exactly the case,” Efraim Zuroff, the head Nazi hunter at the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s office in Jerusalem, told the Associated Press.

“If she is healthy enough to flee, she is healthy enough to be incarcerated,” Zuroff insisted, saying that her going on the run now “should also affect the punishment.”

According to Der Spiegel, Furchner transcribed execution orders dictated to her by camp commandant Paul-Werner Hoppe, who was convicted of accessory to murder in 1955.

Her defense team has said the trial will center on whether Furchner’s work at the camp meant she knew of the atrocities being carried out there.

“My client worked in the midst of SS men who were experienced in violence — however, does that mean she shared their state of knowledge? That is not necessarily obvious,” one of her lawyers, Wolf Molkentin, told Der Spiegel.

Ukraine’s parliament passed a bill defining anti-Semitism on Wednesday, establishing a punishment for transgressions.

The Draft Law on Prevention and Counteraction to Anti-Semitism in Ukraine, Law No. 5109 (the Bill), was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada after it passed the second reading by 276 votes in the affirmative, reaching the 226 votes required. The bill now moves to President Vladimir Zelenskiy, who has Jewish parents, to be signed into law.

The bill defines anti-Semitism as “a certain perception of Jews, which is expressed as hatred towards them.”

The Law prohibits, among other things, the “denial of the right to self-identification”; “justifying the killing or harm of person of Jewish origin … through radical ideological beliefs”; making “false, stereotypical, hateful and offensive statements about people of Jewish origin”; and the “denial of the persecution and mass extermination of Jews during World War II,” more commonly known as the Holocaust.

The bill adds civil liability to criminal liability that presently exists under Article 161 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code. Article 161 prohibits willful acts of inciting hatred or the restriction of rights based on another’s race, religious beliefs, place of origin, and other enumerated grounds; the criminal punishment for which is a prison term of two to five years.

The Constitution of Ukraine recognizes the rights of Ukrainian citizens to “freedom of world view and religion,” including the freedom to conduct religious activity. The law seeks to regulate more narrowly limiting acts in relation to Judaism and anti-Semitism. The bill comes less than a month before the 80th anniversary of the Babi Yar massacre, where 34 000 Jews from Kyiv were killed within a 48-hour period when the capital city was under Nazi control.

As you might know, he directed the movie Rosemary’s Baby (about the coming of the Anti-Christ) and he was convicted of drugging and abusing a 13-year old girl in 1977.

With her Illuminati-ball mask, her hands making horns and the snakes on her dress, Minaj appears to be an evil, vengeful and demon-possessed queen.

In another shot, Minaj poses as a dignified queen, complete with a bejeweled crown on her head.

Right from the start, there’s a duality going on with Nicki Minaj who embodies both a masked evil queen and a crowned heiress showing a dignified face to the people.

The camera then does a close up of a sword that tells you everything you need to know about this video.

This is a Masonic dress sword.

UTICA, NEW YORK — The First Amendment and the Free Exercise Clause have won again in federal court.

Seventeen New York healthcare workers filed a federal civil rights complaint on Monday, September 13 against New York Governor Kathy Hochul, the New York Department of Health and the New York Attorney General. It was accompanied by an emergency motion for temporary restraining order (TRO).

The complaint alleges that the vaccine mandate issued by disgraced former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo does not allow religious exemptions. This not only flies in the case of the Free Exercise Clause in the U.S. Constitution, but also Section 2165 of New York State Public Health Law. The Plaintiffs proceeded under pseudonyms (fake names) because:

The complaint emphasizes that all of the COVID-19 “vaccines” were derived from and/or manufactured with aborted fetal cells. Pfizer and Moderna used fetal cells from a 1973 Netherlands abortion in the research and development stages for their mRNA injections. In fact, using aborted fetal cells is “common practice” in vaccine development, according to Nebraska Medicine.

In the period leading up to 9/11, a group of Israelis (not dual-U.S. citizens) managed to secure “temporary construction” passes to perform work on the 91st floor of Larry “pull it” Silverstein’s leased WTC 1. These passes gave them access to the entire WTC complex. The pretense was an art project called the “B-Thing,” and the group is called Gelatin. Note that the pass was valid for weekends.

After securing their passes, Gelatin proceeded to remove the heavy WTC windows of an office space on the 91st floor and reportedly constructed a prefab balcony outside of the building. Then they stretched “putty” around the windows and filmed it by helicopter as a stunt shown here. On Aug. 18, 2001, The New York Times even felt strangely compelled to cover this story and considered it newsworthy, or perhaps provide a backstory. This may sound innocent enough for the gullible except for the fact that the photos — taken from the artists’ book called the “B-Thing” AND used in the Times’ article — from inside the 91st floor camp out revealed boxes stacked to the ceiling with the letters and numbering “BB 18” on the side. BB 18 is the model number for a fuse-holder accessory, as described:

The next little gem from the self-absorbed and freakish book B-Thing shows a falling creature, suggestive of a taunting calling card.

The identities of the 14 “art students” who were on floor 91 at the time were never released to the public.
