Yep, had an on and off light sprinkle for a few hours. It's incredibly unusual for rain in the summer, but I laid a couple trash bags over a few things. Not enough to make puddles or get the pavement 'wet'.
There could be, in the case of intrinsic fraud or several other issues. But you kind of commit by signing a legal document. If you fail to fulfill your legal obligation in a way that 'damages' the interests of the person relying on your promises, they may have a legal case against you.
