One time I had a collections agency harassing me over an out of state ticket I still haven’t paid. I googled the number and found the company was only about 20 minutes away. The next week when they tried again I calmly explained the situation and implied if I ever heard from them again I would come to their office. Never called back.

AKTUALLY, by taking the company private he doesn’t have a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders and isn’t required to act in their best interests which means advertisers can’t threaten him for not accepting their money.
