As @dalai_llama pointed out, that's simply not true. blacks get a highly disproportionate percentage of abortions (thank god) and the Whites who do so are lefties anyway. I'm ok with fewer future democrat voters.
Your analysis is off: Red states will move to ban or severely restrict abortion which will let the people capable of planning (i.e. Whites and Asians) still abort their babies, while the red-state blacks will just shit out more criminals. Ironically, this is going to punish the red-states with more nog crime.
