First, tell me what procedure you would use. There are quite a few.

Second, tell me what tools you would need. Hint: vacuum cleaners will have no role in this. Tell me where you can order those tools online.

Third, describe every step. Especially tell me how to ensure fetal demise and how to know if every piece of the fetus has been removed.
