I do agree however, that taxes are used as a way to legitimize the government. They're also a means to keep us poor and worrying about little things instead of what the jews in government are doing to us.
Taxes are *also* used to fund some of the government, so that they can use it to gain real assets before they have to raise prices for the rest of us due to the money printing. It's why they're so quick to take and so slow to give.
I think they wanted something closer to the ground to get a better resolution. Still, one helicopter to scan the entire city for a nuclear threat? Why not 20? 40? One's going to take forever and not really do anything.
