Lately I find myself pissed off constantly. Even as I write this I feel the things that piss me off are worthy of being pissed off about. But I don't want to be an angry man. Is it better to just let go and stop caring?
Sometimes you just have to let it go, you’re not giving up, just not focusing on things you can’t change, you control what you get worked up about. So take control and focus on you and what concerns you.

Weightlifting does wonders.
1. All the physical benefits
2. If you're lifting the correct amount of weight, your mentally focusing on the lift itself. The majority of the background rage-inducing bullshit tunes out. And if it hasn't tuned out, you lift until it does.
You have to learn to let go of the shit you cannot change and have no control over. At some point you just have to shrug and say, "you know? Fuck it. What's gonna be is gonna be". Just let it all slide off your back like water on a ducks ass. None of it matters anyway.
You guys certainly worry they will 'fall for it'. You think anyone thinks this years long brigading is legit?
Truth is, you've already lost. You're just playing a part. The wargame simulations all say I beat you. We both know this. You're just hoping, and probably only half hoping at that, that something goes wrong.

Exercise regularly. (Same as above.)
Get outside. (Same as above.)
Eat right, no garbage, soy oil, seed oils, too much sugar, etc etc. (Same as above.)
No drugs, including alcohol or caffeine. (Same as above.)
Get off the internet/tv/socialmedia/whatever. (Same as above.)
Get a physical hobby. It doesn't have to be strenuous, just something you do off the computer or outside.
Read. And not just fiction, read all those good books you've been putting off. Like Mein Kampf or The Cultured Thug Handbook.

Have other things in your mind. There are plenty of good things, and it makes no sense to ignore them.
Consider what is the utility of your anger, to what extent is it beneficial?
After that point what is more productive?
What is best to do is relaxed or even fun-filled calculated action.
The least effort the better, the easier it is to do.
You should feel, sometimes that includes being angry.

Other then that, keep zenning and just chill until needed.
Practice the thought form for a few weeks, then it comes natural.
