I live in an area where niggers are regular, and a real life threat. It doesn't take much time for you to understand you don't interact and treat them like regular people. They don't do it to you. Because they *aren't* regular "people".
They've got some shit floating around in their heads that is down right a threat to your life. They are 100% racial tribal, it overrides literally everything about them. One nigger could be bashing in a baby's brains over literally nothing, and literally every other nigger in eye shot will be hooting, hollaring, ooo-ooo-ooo bobbing up and down about joining them and that they're right.
The media has got them believing that whitey just straight up bad. And otherwise all other races are just straight available to just kill as needed, for whatever short circuited reason they wanna feel up. And their IQ is so damn low they extinguish IQ control over the situation and go to violence quick. Emotions control their behavior so damn much too that they can flare up, and especially linked with effectively low IQ they rash in to violence too.
You can be cool with them, jive with them, be "mmMMMmmHHmmm das rite!" with them, but don't ever expect them to have the same moral boundaries or understandings of what's right or acceptable, civilized behavior. When their emotions flare up, or you or something else is reaching the boundaries of their IQ, or they're starting to get agitated or acting up, you just get the mother fuck outta there. Everything about their existence, isn't worth your life or any permanent damage to it.

It's seems that it's very easy to either gain muscle, or lose weight. But it's hard and tricky to keep weight but lose fat, ie lose body fat %. At least after a certain percent.
I'm assuming the body tries it's hardest to keep a certain %. And it should quite frankly, it's for health and safety reasons. So it's capable of adversarially adjusting to your attempts to just reduce bf lol.
Women have it easy, they can just lose weight and they're good.
The scale I've got after day 2 says I've lost 2.0 lb, almost entirely muscle lol. Same bf %. What was the point in starving myself and doing a 400 calorie workout for that lol.
Internet says one can lose "31 calories" of fat per lb per day and supposedly I've got 43 lbs... So 1300 calories... I'm not even supposed to be able to lose 1 lb of fat per day.
They get off on telling people the problems of our economy are because of the natural inputs forces of capitalism, free will, free choice, free markets, low regulation etc.
So they ruin everyone's lives with non capitalism, then blame capitalism so everyone hates the solution.

Even though we've never, ever seen a "chemical" explosion do anything that even remotely looked like that, alone at scale.
