So local cops pissed me right the fuck off. Arrested my son for some bullshit they took 5 months to "investigate" on a charge of CP that we made a report on a few days before they began the investigation.
Don't know if any of yall ever been subject to this, but let me tell you how it goes. 0823 the local PD knocks on the door with 24 cops to serve a warrant.
Honestly I thought they were there for me. Immediately I begin to select targets of opportunity with my eyes, and realize my wife would be in the line of fire, and there is a cop with a 870 less than a foot away and aimed at my temple.
Lead detective demands I exit the house, in my boxers, and holding my dog, so I tell him that won't be what is going to happen, and that a pistol is behind me in the holster top of the couch and I never looked away from his eyes when I said this.
He told me he had a search warrant and was going to remove it, which I agreed to and he said if I let my dog loose he would shoot him. Didn't like that, not one bit.
Soon as he removed the weapon he said he was there for my son, really didn't like that. He produced the warrant, and 6 cops went to arrest my 15yo son in bed.
Led him out of the house in his underwear with no shoes, no shirt half a block. Led me and my dog out back and did their search. Officer in the back with us was not thrilled to be there. Extremely uneasy and very white knuckles trying to talk to us, and all I did was clarify what they were looking for on the search.
People, they searched his room, our room, and the living room for any and all electronic devices including storage devices. They didn't search my vehicles, my sheds, my garage, or anything but what I said.
An hour and a half they were there. Never left me a copy of what they took, allowed me to take a photo of a post it note with 5 things they wrote down and let me say goodbye to my kid.
I told him do not sign or say anything until I tell you or a lawyer says your dead cats nick name. He knew what I meant. After that for 4 days they wouldn't tell me where they took him, who had him, or anything.
5th day after 211 calls to various people in the juvenile system I got a call asking what his allergies were by some intake officer. He was assigned 3 seperate case workers, and held on a 25k bond.
Got a lawyer and those ain't cheap either. 8000 bucks half up front for a nigger to just be at each hearing with a suit. Most of them I called wanted 25k half up front. Predators the lot of them.
These lawyers for kids such too people, now when I went to his bond hearing they really really wanted me to get a public defender, saying all I had to do was tell them what I make as income and blah blah, I said there was no way I would give them anything after they have taken so much.
16 years my wife and I been married and we have never argued till the night they took him, not a single time in all the 25y we known each other we ever raised our voices and slept in seperate rooms.
They fucked with me, they really really fucked with me. Then 23days later they released him with no bond, no stipulations, no nothing but another court date? Never gave a reason either lawyer says he didn't do anything as the day before they refused any offers.
Now, now I fuck with them. I have called these niggers on every single goddamn thing I can. 7 times I have cought them on camera rolling stop signs, 11 times I have cought them breaking other traffic laws, and every instance of the investigation and subsequent bullshit.
Proved 2 times the IA reports they say they investigated they lied! Two times, I have called every single agency and elected official there is and know what I found?
Everyone will be quick to tell you what it is they can't do, not a single fucking one has told me what they can do. So, I gave my state rep an ultimatum. I don't want to sue, but I have enough now that I can.
I told them the moment I get them violating my rights I will, and as to leaving with the money, I will use that money to pay the residents of my small towns bills, that I would show them how to do it too.
I would use that influence to get someone else elected, current ones recalled, and ensure they never forgot me. Now the investigating officer for the IA reports is asking me for relevant information into the cases I proved he was lying and doing nothing.
Told him he will get nothing more and he deserves less, besides he closed the reports and chief signed off on it, so no I compile everything and give it to the AG and the FBI.
Added I will give it to everyone locally via fb groups for my city freely. Oh my god the shit storm caused by cops rolling stop signs, cutting people off, and just general cop shit is really pissing residents off.
Last city council meeting I was told by a cop if I took one more step it would justify lethal force, wouldn't let me in. Mind you I have ensured everyone knows I fear the cops want to kill me. I mean everyone too.
Councilwoman, city manager, city clerk, city attorney, state representative, lieutenant governor, governor, congressman and fucking Santa clause. As well as they want to retaliate on me.
Fuck them, fuck all of them. I used every penny for that lawyer, I can't leave, I hung my mailbox and that house is mine!
