Video discusses new GPT-4 and other AI improvements. Some highlights:

o New GPT-4 blows the doors off of 3 in performance.

o Microsoft fired AI ethics team. Demanded OpenAI put new models into hands of consumers as soon as possible.

o Stanford Alpaca was able to train a GPT 3.5 like AI for less than $600. Everybody is going to be able to have their own personal AI.

All right, so you're going to let (((blume))) ban evade with alts. But why is this shit-stirring kike allowed make a post every hour? One a day would be reasonable, in the name of free speech, but the ability to post multiple submissions a day should be earned.

The linked video is from Perun. He does in-depth analysis videos on the Russia/Ukraine war. While he is clearly sympathetic to Ukraine, he offers evidence-based and reasoned analysis that you don't typically find on either side of the aisle. A typical video will go over the strengths and weaknesses of either side, highlights that war is uncertain, etc. This video is pretty one-sided, however -- probably because that's where the true position lies.

Last time he [banned](https://www.voat.xyz/viewpost?postid=612e6c95e26c3) ALS for a reply to him in a comment thread. This time he banned ALS for pointing out how ridiculous it was that The_Venerable couldn't handle the bandwidth of user chat. Here's an example of the ineptitude:
