I don't know how much you've been watching, but the peosecution has been a shit show since the beginning. All the "victims" or relatives of "victims" have shown those shot were aggressive, mentally unstable (in Rosenbaum's case on meds), actually chased and attacked Rittenhouse, and had documented violent histories. The prosecution's witnesses who were family members of the car business owners likely purjured themselves and admitted to insurance fraud, tax fraud, labor fraud, and interstate smuggling (though I'm not a lawyer or affiliated with law enforcement, so we'll have to see if that goes anywhere.)

The guy in the posted clip sued for millions of dollars in damages, and will now likely lose his suit due to the examination today AND is possibly in danger of criminal charges due to falsifying statements and concealed carry with an expired permit.

This whole trial is a farce. I've only watch about half of it and I've seen a dozen aneurysms had by the prosecuting attorneys already. I don't blame them, they're doing the justice system a service, but I'll admit I find guilty pleasure in watching them fail.

So it's pretty obvious that Kyle will be convicted. Follow me here. It's a high profile case, it's obvious what should happen, the judge seems pretty fair, and it would be demoralizing as fuck to anyone right of Rachel Maddow to see him lose despite all that. Remind you of anything that might have happened in early 2021? By all means keep watching, praying, and hoping but don't get emotionally involved in this. Just like everything else it's all smoke and mirrors.

This is 100% deliberate. Everyone knew from the start that Kyle was acting in self-defense. This is deliberately done to throw the rest of the case as worthless thus inflaming the treasonous left so that they'll riot and burn more cities down. Republicans, emboldened by the idea of "self-defense is legal, see?" will carry and be at those locations, ready to shoot people.

The whole tactic is to bring chaos.

The game they're playing is to make the trial look like such a farce so that there's claims of white supremacy, I guarantee it. They already tried that numerous times and it kept failing. In the eyes of the media, they're still "victims" and this will increase perceptions of lawlessness, that the judicial system is broken and racist. Of course, they're terrified of portraying the jews he shot as anything but white.

The winning move is to make it a big a nothing as we can. We don't celebrate it, we don't announce it, we don't anything. When Kyle is let go, the left will go apeshit and we'll be... nowhere. Their chaos will be just them and they'll take it out on each other, neighborhoods, and no one else will be there to share any measure of the blame. Just let them flip out and look bad by themselves.

I don't know if it's different in the US than in the UK, but over here the offence of assault, not only covers physical violence against a person, but also any action that would make a reasonable person believe that such violence was imminent.

It's why your don't have to physically let the other person hit you first to claim self defense
