I keep getting calls from contracting companies and they keep offering the same amount - $50 per hour. My previous job was like $90 per hour. Is $50 per hour just the normal for remote software development jobs?

I wouldn't doubt once the tax revenue losses come in, from people now just avoiding the city entirely, that $9 tax is gonna go away real quick and celebrating libs are gonna be real mad confused on what's going on.

I was scowering reddit and there was a post that changed some words to "Losing my religion" and instead of the top comment being like a play on the next lines of the song, it was 12 top comments of taking the words seriously as if nobody there ever heard the song.

Literally there is so much wealth of music from the 60s to the 90s that there is no way to even introduce it all to newer generations anymore.
