Looks fake as fuck. Anytime there's that stupid zoom in, zoom out real quick you know it's fake. Real cameramen don't do that shit and/or if they do it's usually slower than that.
One of the reasons to zoom in like that would be to get the plane in focus. If you have manual focus on the camera, you zoom in and get it in focus, then zoom back out. It usually takes a few seconds.
