Lisdexamphetamine in 10mg doses had a very calming dopaminergic effect. Felt like a businessman.
A supplement called 1-Carboxy induced vivid dreams. That’s all it does. I call them nightmare pills. Don’t waste your time.
L-Theanine is a nootropic supplement and, in my experience, it does jack shit. Same for Carnitine.
I would avoid taking zinc as it tanks copper. If you are taking zinc, you’ll need to supplement copper.
