Long story short, I bought this property many years ago with some grand plans that fell through. I have no idea what to do with it now. I DID try to sell it, but the offers came in so low it didn't make sense.

Property details: about an acre in mid eastern PA. The property has a cabin that is too close to the road and dilapidated. It has to be torn down. But the foundation should be able to remain (the house sticks out over the foundation). It's on the side of a mountain and a fairly steep grade. Very low taxes and no HOA.

There is an artesian well on the property pumping 30 gallons per minute of fresh sub-well line water. This is something I'd considered commercializing. I had the water tested and no arsenic. You can basically drink it right out of the ground. However, it needs to be diverted. Right now it's completely uncontrolled. So off the bat, this and the tear down will be my biggest costs.

I love the idea of creating a small pump house/bottling facility. I ran this idea by a company that makes mini robotics and we came up with a design that could house a mini pump/bottle plant in a 10x10 shed and produce 4000 water bottles per day approximately. My fantasy was initially to create this and then replicate it for other homesteaders who have natural springs or artesian wells on their properties.

Anyway, I have no desire to live in PA. But I do visit NY often and this would be an acceptable base. I like those tiny modern A frames. What would you do with this property.

Is my water mogul fantasy dumb? I do know Nestlé has bought a lot of property close to mine. So I'm not completely off base.

Saw a woman in the checkout this morning. Probably 10 years younger than me, with a giant BBL, waist liposucted to almost nothing, zero natural muscle tone, huge fake lips and reconstructed cheekbones. I'm probably being awful saying this, but I often hate Easter season at church. Noisy, crowded and an occasionally grotesque fashion show. Am I being unnecessarily bitter? I like my worship quiet and spare, and I'm not a fan of pastels.

As a big true crime fan, I generally like stories with a lot of twists and intrigue. But one story has captured my attention in the worst way this past year, and I wanted to share it with you Goats because I think it's emblematic of our current society. And also because I've found it's led to me sinking into something of an existential depression (not in a bad way either).

I will try to do the TLDR of this case. But what makes it different is that it's a very very slow burn, and the end result is one's complete demoralization. The crime: Madeline Soto was the only daughter of Jenn Soto, a single mom with a n'er do well boyfriend named Stephan Sterns (pronounced 'Stefawn' annoyingly). Neither worked, both were on disability for the usual crop of imagined ailments. Jenn was a bisexual pill abusing spic who constantly talks about her meds; Madeline was 13, failing out of school. Stephan collects tamagotchi pets and trading cards and is an enormous, smelly and useless pervert who is also addicted to pills. Stephan drops her off at school one day, Jenn goes to pick her up but turns out Madeline never arrived. After all, we discover Stephan killed her and dumped her body , had been abusing her horribly her since she was at least 8 according to thousands of pics and videos on his phone. Jenn is showed these pics, and even after that time still believes Stephan is a "good guy" and is oblivious to his disgusting abuse (most likely, she was complicit).

What is different about this case is the players. The shitskin mom is ultra liberal and neglected her daughter to constantly focus on her own "mental health" and other conditions. The boyfriend is a complete pedophile who supplied lazy mommy with pills and stole from his own parents. The girl lived her entire life in hell because of their disgusting, agonizing graft, sloth and degeneracy.

I think these two truly embody the utter horror I see in the world today. It's not a sharp violent horror, but a very slow descent into utter blindness and nothingness. These two represent the ultimate destination of debauchery and naked self interest, disguised as "self care" or self pity. Hearing these people describe their barely functional lives is astonishing to me, and has been rather conversely motivating. I want to find myself as far on the other end of the spectrum from these kinds of people. Knowing they exist and proliferate around me is a reminder that no matter how I may feel I am doing at any time, simply by facing harsh reality and protecting my children, I am opposing myself to this kind of behavior. This case has made me wonder how persistent this kind of harmful laziness has truly become.

I am a decent looking Italian/Irish white woman. My husband died ten years ago and I've raised our kids well. They are white - he was Greek. They've been in Christian schools when I could afford it and conservative public schools when I couldn't. I work and have a very good education. So this one I have *some* personal knowledge of and can put 2x2 together. The recent crackdown on Venezuelan gangs in America has many wondering why these groups were even able to escape the country, which is fairly locked down. We don't see Cubans in the same volumes as we do Venezualans, and yes, Island vs. Land but it's still suspicious from a country with tight border.

During the 2016 election, Russian *trolls* aka Intel officers outsourced a great deal of volume work to Venezuela and Venezuelan gangs. Undoubtedly, those troll farms weren't only utilized by the Russians. And much of the data used by the Mueller investigation to prove the Russian conspiracy came from these 3rd party connections.

Fast forward to reports today many tren gang bangers were filtered into the US through back channels and allowed to set up shop here with impunity.

I think these were assets, used to set up the Russiagate conspiracy (which like all good scams was based on the partial truth that Russia was outsourcing cybercriminal activity to Ven).

It's time to Wake up.

Many are familiar with the Italian artist Giovanni Gasparro because of his portrait depicting Jewish religious scholars involved in a blood libel ritual, but for the Christians on here, it's worth beholding some of his many, many other works.

Many "critics" have come to be harshly critical of Giovanni as pedestrian or there such terms. But for those who despair about the present and future of white art and creation, I think his works show incredible optimism and beauty.

Technology has made job hunting one of the most demoralizing experiences imaginable. Just a rant. It's so ineffective, exhausting and is seemingly designed to wear you down so that you feel extreme gratitude for any scraps of feedback you receive. Endless interviews and mechanical systems that would be much more efficient with humans in charge.

Im lucky im old enough to have already been completely demoralized, then remoralized by my own awakening, otherwise this might send me spiraling into depression.
