Phenibut, phenylpiracetam, kratom, racetams: Not authorized (side effects unpredictable under high stress)
Anabolic agents / SARMs: Disqualifying unless under SOCOM-endorsed medical trial
OTC stacks (Jym/Shogun/others): Carry no QC certification*; subject to UCMJ action if interferes with performance or health
