Putin isn't retarded, unlike the collective West. Why would he escalate and change a winning strategy? He's already getting everything Russia could have hoped for, and the Europeans and Americans are paralyzed and unable to further escalate themselves. Literally the last thing Russia will do is go nuclear against a dying country.

They don't need immediate results or flashy wins. That's what Western media needs for their consumers, not what Russia needs to win. They just need to stay the course. Their economy hasn't collapsed, they're building new ways to make revenue, and the Ukraine is slowly disappearing. Hell, the power of the West in general is slowly disappearing, and that's what the world is actually watching.

It's not even a war, that's why Russia has never called it as such. They've figured out the exact amount of force they can use without eliciting an actual response from the Western Faggotocracies.

Russia is pursuing a rather clever strategy. The only question is really whether this was actually the original plan or a fortuitous development they seized upon. I tend to think the latter.
