Talk is this morning, the rooskies have moved about 40% of their entire airforce up to the lines.
Sounds like a massive pincer movement is a foot.

The Russians have openly stated that they no longer consider jewlinsky or the "West" to be capable of negotiating a peaceful end to hostilities in good faith, that would be mutually beneficial. And they're right. This never had to happen in the first place and jewlinsky and The West have had multiple opportunities to end it.
NATO made it clear that any "cease fire" would be their signal to flood the zone with NATO troops to try and, 1) freeze conditions on the ground in their current state, and 2) allow Ukraine time to recover and rearm so the whole sorry shit show can continue. So the Russians aren't swallowing the "cease fire" bait.
At present, the only way this ends is with jewlinsky dead or fled, and the Russian flag flying over Kiev. The Russians are completely capable of doing this, no one can stop them, and everybody knows it.

I wouldn't say it's frightening. I would say it's inspiring and it's very hopeful.
