Hey goats, I figured I’d make a video for you with the charcoal starter thingy that people were asking about. Realizing that many of you are not likely regular users of a charcoal grill, I decided to show a simple recipe to use your kettle grill as a smoker/ indirect cooker. I’ve seen people really fuck up some chicken on the grill so here is a foolproof method to get some incredible chicken that is even safe for beginners. Enjoy.

That should be some good chicken.

Here's a chicken recipe for you, but this one is from back when I would cook 700 chickens at a time.

1 32oz bottle of apple cider vinegar.
1/4 cup of salt.
1 16oz bottles of worcestershire sauce.
1 8oz bottles of Tabasco sauce.

Mix these together and heat them just enough to blend. Put this in a spray bottle and spray it on every 5 minutes while cooking. It's the best chicken you'll ever eat.
