You know the first time I ever learned that I was at Walmart and they were like hey can you unload a truck and I said sure. I unload the truck they said wow you just did that faster than anyone has ever done it. I thought “great now I’m gonna have to fucking do it all the time.” I was right. Every 2 or so days. They’re like “you’re strong”yea bullshit dude at the time I hadn’t been to a gym in 6 years. And if I slowed down they started complaining. I slowed down a lot cause I was skull fucking amphetamines at the time. I stopped caring fast but still they kept bitching and that was annoying: I remember I mised and I called to ask if I was fired they said no you’re good then I missed the next day. Man fuck Walmart. They just went full on “how about instead of changing our shit we just rape our employees” I could go all day on the shit they did. It was fun when I quit caring though. It took straight up skipping to get fired. I didn’t even do it on purpose I think it was involuntary. Subconscious

Yep. Seen it. Sometimes it happens if a company over promises to get really good talent. Eventually the good talent all realizes around the same time the mobility they were promised isn't there and they make their own mobility.

It doesn't mean the company is fucked. It means it might be fucked. It all depends on OP more than anything else. OP do not higher niggers even if you get short handed or upper management pushes for it. Do you know what happens if you hire them. The exact same "every one bail" that happened in mid management happens to the talented folks at the bottom. Now your shop will never retain good workers.

Hire white hire right. If you can't meet demand (short handed) raise prices. Do not try to meet surplus demand with highering niggers no matter what upper management says. If they make you hire then fire the first second they fuck up.

It's better to do less volume with a good team then high volume with a bad team. A good team can grow. A bad team will fester and decay and rot out a company from the inside. You will not retain the people you want if they have to work with niggers.
