A bully isn't isn't using violence to protect his sovereignty.

1. No Ukraine membership in NATO.
2. No more suppprt for AZOV and prosecute the offenders.
3. No EU membership for Ukraine
4. Donbass is an independent territory and if they vote to join Russia, will join Russia.
