Doesn't work. Their gang always hunts down and kills the resistors.
IE: the resistance never grows in number, it only gets smaller.

That said, I dont have a moral problem with your idea. It just wont work.

i do get the feeling that public sentiment for cops is finally changing. they arent yet recognized for the abusive government revenue generators that they truly are but were moving in the right direction.

they are so far from the original mandate of the job that it looks akin to thuggery.
