I'm not going to click the link so's to familiarize myself but I'm just going to jump right in with my position on what the term represents, irreducible complexity pertaining to the present state of humanity is..."Oh what a tangled web we weave/When first we practice to deceive", lies are the normal routine for governments, mediums, religions, unions, medicine, education etc, wherever there's a captive audience and a brain to wash and in the last half century the problem of mass retardation and diluted instinct, attributed to the brainwashing, has become exponentially 10 fold without any pain free remedial solution...a few issues are manageable but the issues plaguing us today are too many for too long and won't just repair itself overnight, it's too complicated (complex) for a quick simple fix...there will be blood.
