How to be less angry?

Lately I find myself pissed off constantly. Even as I write this I feel the things that piss me off are worthy of being pissed off about. But I don't want to be an angry man. Is it better to just let go and stop caring?

Don't stare into the abyss to long.

Have other things in your mind. There are plenty of good things, and it makes no sense to ignore them.

Consider what is the utility of your anger, to what extent is it beneficial?

After that point what is more productive?

What is best to do is relaxed or even fun-filled calculated action.

The least effort the better, the easier it is to do.

You should feel, sometimes that includes being angry.

Sometimes you just have to let it go, you’re not giving up, just not focusing on things you can’t change, you control what you get worked up about. So take control and focus on you and what concerns you.

Don't be fat. (It effects your mind/body/hormones/etc.)

Exercise regularly. (Same as above.)

Get outside. (Same as above.)

Eat right, no garbage, soy oil, seed oils, too much sugar, etc etc. (Same as above.)

No drugs, including alcohol or caffeine. (Same as above.)

Get off the internet/tv/socialmedia/whatever. (Same as above.)

Get a physical hobby. It doesn't have to be strenuous, just something you do off the computer or outside.

Read. And not just fiction, read all those good books you've been putting off. Like Mein Kampf or The Cultured Thug Handbook.
