Magnesium glycinate.

Magnesium gives some people diarrhea. Keep that in mind.

I take 800mg a day of glycinate. 200mg of citrate before bed.

What is very notable about the Voatsphere is the trend away from revolutionary violence toward nonsense posting about Jews and other conspiracist topics. Prior to Christchurch this scene was rife with political violence and terroristic content. To the point that Putt got the letter from the "US agency" weeks after Tarrant did his lone op.
