I am not a whoremonger. I purposefully avoid areas with high sex tourism and it is why I will never visit a place like Colombia or Thailand. I'm betting the woman in the white dress is German or Dutch. There is a resort called Hotel Riu that they all congregate at. Every visit I have made there, this place always has people in Very traditional dress, they look odd in a place where everyone has next to nothing on.

Yes. In NYC, most of the Doctors are Jews with a good subsection being Indians and Pakis. The care I received in Mexico both medically and dentally blew away most of what I have experienced in NYC, was half the price and I didn't have creepy Jews trying to upsell me and make me buy snake oil.

Yeah I had xrays done in Mexico, they did them, finished them and handed me copies in about 15 mins total and it cost about $40
