They use actual eggs for the fried eggs. They use this liquid shit for the scrambled only.

Been that way for decades.

Source: I work at McDonald's for a summer when I was a teenager. They've been doing it this way since the 90s at least.

Wagie doesn't understand egg is a big allergen. Cooking on its own "contained surface" allows staff to be lazier than usual.

To be fair eggs are a huge allergen for many people. Easier, faster, and safer to use a cover. I still don't eat this trash, I wouldn't want to rely on McDonald's employees to clean the grill effectively and avoid cross contamination.

Also, retarded people need procedures for everything.

I have to write procedures on how to press the "home" button when the alarm says "robot requires homing". It's a giant green button that flashes when the alarm goes off. Still need procedures written down.
