I've seen a couple electric bike cars on jewtube, and while these are small and enclosed like cars, the cost is still $10-20k. Yet an electric bike with the same power and range costs $1k. Very odd.

That reminds of the movie “No Cunt Tree for Old Men.” I never understood the title. I mean this crazy guy with a weird haircut is killing everyone, but they title it something about an old guy and his cunt tree. I tried to plant a cunt tree, but surprisingly nothing ever came of it. True. But electric cars are at least somewhat more resource intensive to build. Im fine with that if the long term impact is lower but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

I have no problem with electric cars. Their design will probably improve alot in the next decade or so. Its another consumer option, who doesn’t like options?

It was never the holy grail of clean energy that lefties tried to claim it was. And I find it suspicious that liberals have abandon the electric car cause en masse because “Elon muh nazi”. If electric cars really are good for the planet, liberals should support buying teslas regardless of how shitty they think the CEO is. It makes the green movement look petty and insincere about their CORE GOALS.
