The Oscars (Academy Awards) have rules that in order to be nominated the movie must -

- The main storyline or theme cannot center on straight White males.
- Lead actor must be non-White.
- At least 30% of cast cannot be White males.
- At least 2 "key creative leadership positions", and at least 6 other crew members in technical positions, cannot be straight or White.
- 30% of the overall film crew cannot be straight White males.
- Film must have paid apprenticeships, internships, or training opportunities for people who are not straight White males. The same applies to mentorships or skill development initiatives.
- The studio or film company must have multiple in-house senior executives that are not straight White males on their marketing, publicity, and distribution teams.

That movie came out about the time everyone acted shocked that jews were raping women in Hollywood. That years award show was them sucking their own dicks about how wonderful movies are.
