I like to stick beer cans up their ass, seal the neck with onions, shove garlic in between the skin, some of my home made Cajun seasoning in the beer and outside on the skin…. Fold the skin over and toothpick it sealed shut to hold in the juices and let the beer self marinate from the inside…
The beer sounds cool but I just don't like heating up aluminum right on meat also the inner liner of the can is bpa plastic and that's getting melted too.
Yeah that was more of a cooling rack than anything, the whole bottom is Teflon that burned off so fast. All the drippings were gone, and I did all the cutting on a board anyway.
