Making That Coconut Lentil Curry Again! Recipe first. Pics in the text.

I quadrupled the recipe. Little less water, 20% more lentils I’ll add half way through to thicken it up.
I’ve dialed this thing in over the years. Have some frozen naan from Trader Joe’s in the freezer.
I’ll post a finished product pic. Might add star anise this time.
