I can tell you that a lot of Virginia is going to get bleed over from Chesapeake more so than whatever the hell Appalachian/Highland South is. And there isn't enough Soul food labeled in Central VA. Anything near Richmond or I95 is niggerville, and then also Eastward toward Norfolk.

I have never eaten foraged anything and I don't know anyone who has. In fact we have more bleed over from carolina BBQ than we have whatever soup beans are.
