If you terminate that life at any time after conception it is child sacrifice.

This tactic of getting what you want is childish. And I actually think that they should pass this bill because it's unenforceable, but it will completely ban abortion. Their stupidity could be turned into their downfall. Which would protect children from being murdered in the womb.

I was going to say the same thing. But we should just run with it. This means gay tax. Leftists love taxes. Every homo will have to pay 16k a pop and that's two homo's per go so that's 32 grand a squeeze. According to Gallup about 7.5% of the US identifies as faggots, so just assumed 4% of those are the gay dudes. That means of the 350 million people in the US, 14 million are gay dudes. Intent can't always be known but it can usually be discerned. Legally, if I throw something in your general direction without trying to hit or intimidate you and it hits you, that's not assault. If I throw something intending to hit you but it misses, that is assault.
