A mRNA vehicle could easily be programmed within a day. I believe it was the Moderna CEO that admitted the covid jab payload was done in one day. It really is promising.

So yes, the vehicle easily could have been in development for a long time waiting for a chance to be used.

Now for the caveat, it still needed adequate testing and that didn't happen. We should have hundreds of mRNA treatments today if the first one was safe. We don't because they're still testing it.

Also he was using a past tense of 2019 for the hundred thousand doses (2019) and states walking into the production office a in 2020 and saying 'theres going to be a pandemic' to the production manager - as he had recently returned from a DAVOs meeting a couple of months earlier - where this holo-cough nonsense was spoken about..
