She who is a bitch has banished me to the cellar at the shack 'cos she's sick of my tap-tap-tapping as I bring you, bro, the MSN in order to keep you up-to-date with world events. I know you're worried about me as I sit at my computer with micro-bats flitting about; funnel-web spiders crawling up my leg; leeches; ticks; Buruli ulcer bacteria-bearing mosquitos; curious red-bellied black snakes; rats; mice and ...mould, but it's not too bad and indeed on hot nights it's cooler than the house-proper.

We need a study on this madness.
I have had 2 downstairs neighbors go absolutely batshit over my typing, BOTH mexican females.
They wont admit its the typing,but whenever I start typing they go nuts pounding on shit or slamming doors.
I ignore them and it gets worse. They also dislike dubstep.

The newer McMansions might but many Aus homes have cellars.They are not basements (dens) like Americans have in that they tend to be dark, gloomy places where people are not really meant to hang out!

It's been a difficult few days but I'd had enough. So I bit the bullet. Forked out $1000 for a new laptop and...so far so good.
