Trump hasn't changed his position on H1B. The media is obfuscating what Trump has said RE H1B and seems intent on squashing recommendations by DOGE by making it seem like Trump is being subordinate to Musk. Attacking Trump's ego and manipulating his base.

I can't remember who or the exact quote, but I heard something along the lines of "you can form a state out of a nation, but not a nation out of a state." State being an area with a government, and nation a group of people with something in common other than geographic location.
