Wright has long claimed to be the author of a 2008 white paper which was the foundational text for Bitcoin, published under the pseudonym "Satoshi Nakamoto".
Dr. Craig Wright was probably one of the inventors of Bitcoin, but he wasn't the only one. They had people obsessively track his communications and found that there was about 3-4 other possible people that he was working and messaging regularly.
I would listen to his advice but I would never trust him. He's well versed in crypto ideas, but he's gotten jaded after a lot of his close friends were attacked. Exactly the results of what you'd expect to happen after you draw a target on your back.
