"developed"... hahah... Try "given"

The russians have been using their energy weapons since about year two of the war. Comes stock on t-90's and Terminators. They have also fielded the mysterious "Zadira" systems.

The ruskies have also lased a few NATO satilights with the presvetes systems they have.

I came to the comments to say that. Thanks for saving me time.

Fake and gay. They say aircraft to imply planes or helicopters but they really mean just small drones flying low. One mile range is nothing.

You can take several high-powered laser pens that you can buy off Amazon and duct tape together 10 of them and trigger them all together and the concentrated beam will burn a hole in a lot of stuff.

the individual high-powered pen lasers will burn a hole in balloons alone.

So if you duct tape several of them together you start to get a very powerful beam

Are you retarded? You would have to have a way to adjust the focal range of low energy lasers at all sorts of distances, which is so impractical they aren't breaking shit.

Buy stocks in laser pens because for the next month tards will be buying them up like hotcakes thinking they can make weapons.
