Friendly Reminder that 25-hydroxyvitamin D Only has a storage half-life of 3 Weeks and some of you are starting to unknowingly feel it.

Cod Liver Oil contains the active form of retinol and D.

You can burn your willy in front of a UVB lamp like me.

Supplements require Vitamin K2 and Magnesium to actually work.

But don’t do nothing. Our ancestors would live off sun-cured fish which was a remarkable source of vitamin D and magnesium.

Nice link. I bought one of those nice sweaters when I was in Trondheim. Didn't wear it enough apparently, next time I pulled it out of the closet, the moths had made holes in it.

I dont eat enough fish so I do magnesium and zinc w/ my multivitamins.
I cant tell a huge difference with just vitamins, but when I take magnesium I definitely felt better (shit more too)
