This recipie is called: @Master_Foo's 8/10 $3 Beans and Rice for Upgoat Zoomers.
1 cup water. 1 cup instant rice. 1/4th cup Pre-soaked beans or canned. 1 chicken bullion cube. Pinch salt. 1 TBSP butter. Paprika to taste. Garlic powder to taste. 1/4 Hilshire farm sausage. 1/2 cup frozen veggies.
Fry sausage in butter. When brown, add water and frozen veggies and spices bullion, beans etc. When boiling, remove from heat. Add instant rice. Mix rice. Let sit covered for 5 minutes to soak in steam. Fluff with fork. Eat.
Should be enough to last a couple of meals, so, really, it's $1.50 beans and rice.
Just go carnivore 4 pounds of ground beef is about 10 bucks you can live off that add beans and other stuff that's cheap it's a little boring but will get the job done.
49 bench 300 super healthy it works... also fasting helps and makes eating the same stuff easy. Don't eat for 24 hours that 2 pounds of ground for dinner taste great
Even cheaper if you buy the whole steer. Have some friends pitch in, and split it. Do all the work and claim the tenderloin for yourself. And strangely @registerededuser is right for once, buy 20lb bag rice and keep it in heavy duty buckets with tight fitting lids. Rice is essentially just a shitty starch, but if you need those funko pops...
Even cheaper if you buy a steer farm and sell of all the other steer to friends and family. Turn a tidy profit and do all the work to claim that juicy tenderloin.
Thaw a 3lb brick of 73/27 ground beef. Slice some onions and cook with the ground beef. Throw in one jar of spaghetti sauce. (Look for no added sugar or seed oil) Add 4 half tsp of unrefined salt and as much ground red pepper as you like.
1 cup rice to 2 cups water ratio. Wash rice first till the water starts to become clear. Bring to a boil reduce to a simmer and cover. You can get fancy and add a little real butter, salt, tumeric even.
Yea, my go to is half a dozen cardamon pods and couple of whole star anise cloves to the water on top for boiling/ simmering, then when ready remove them and fork in some Himalayan pink salt and cracked black pepper and serve - Ala Fragrant rice.
Get real rice, not instant. Also get a rice cooker. Those things rock, saved a ton of time and easy on the electric bill. You can dump in the rice, water and whatever seasoning you want and it gets cooked into the rice.

These are recipies for Zoomers. Don't complicate things too much for them. If you make them wash their rice and wait more than 5 minutes to cook it, they will just complain and quit.
NYC Millennials and their insipid whining are fucking infuriating. Spend $500 a month on grubhub and complain that they cannot afford to get an apartment or buy a home.

(2) "survival" (pork, rice, and butter, seasoned however you like)
You can usually get a good sized pork loin for relatively cheap [per lb. basis]. Cut it into chops and you could have 8 or 9 meals from a single loin.
Starches are the easy part. Rice and potatoes. I won't hate on instant rice. If you're in a hurry, you can't beat ready in 5 minutes.
It all depends on how far you wanna stretch things and how willing you are to sacrifice your food preferences.

Zoomers can't afford it.
So, they are salty.
