I don't see how this would do any more work than the warmed-over strategies of referring to them by any other philosophical/ideological position. People have been doing the 'communist', 'socialist', 'marxist' thing now for a very long time. I don't think you can solve a racial problem by shifting to a more abstract category. If they've set up their defensive architecture according to race (they did), you can't take that defense down by not referring to the categories they've established.
