The account of the Crucifixion of Christ is well documented in the Bible. The Jews could not put Christ to death, so, they put pressure on Ponitus Pilot to carry out the death. If Pontious Pilot had not condemned Christ, the Jews were prepared to riot and caused a havoc that would have drawn the ire of Caeser, Who whould have severely punished Ponitus Pilot, likely with death for maintaining order in his district!
